Exchange and return policy
Our dear valued customers, please note that all sold items are non-refundable from the moment the payment process is completed.
And that it can only be exchanged if the piece is proven to have a manufacturing defect, provided that we are contacted within 24 hours of receiving it, provided that the piece has not been used, the receipt is shared and it is in the same condition as received (the return process will include payment of shipping costs).
If the damage was caused by the shipping company, please contact the shipping company and request a compensation.
Please note that USU Trade does not bear any responsibility resulting from the customer’s misuse of the product. In this case, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
